Reasons for applying and joining the company
I became motivated in joining after examining the recruitment information and became drawn to the corporate philosophy of respecting diversity, cultivating a free and open corporate culture, and striving to create a No. 1 work environment.
Since I was looking for a work environment that encourages employees to be able to freely work and provide input, I decided to join RS Technologies because I was confident that they would cherish those things when the time came for me to fulfill upper positions.
What are the specifics of your job?
I am in charge of improving the silicon wafer reclamation process of RS Tech Taiwan located in Taiwan so that it can efficiently produce high quality reclaimed wafers. I am in charge of repeatedly brainstorming ways to solve issues that arise each day, reporting the analysis results of the measurement data, and identifying and solving process-related issues that need to be solved. If there is a need, I also visit the production site and work together with onsite colleagues in verifying the processes and equipment operating conditions.
Please describe the appeal of your work, your sense of accomplishment, and future goals
Although I'm still unfamiliar with various things, I am making progress every day at solving problems. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when my improvement activities positively impact our production and quality, even if it is small. Although I still need to study and think about various topics, my goal is to steadily become knowledgeable in each topic and lead the way in solving problems.
