Based on our annual schedule, we provide trainings at various levels from entry-level training to technical training. During recruitment, we are not focusing very much on the departments and faculties of study of our candidates.
Even if you do not have experience in these fields during your education, our trainings will ensure your success as a professional who can support our business. If you are motivated, you can actively participate in any department.

[Education and Training Example]

  • Entry-level training (health, safety, ISO, quality, environment)
  • Technical training (semiconductor basics, silicon wafer basics, accounting, IT)
  • General training (compliance, insider trading)
  • General training (Labor Standards Act, information leakage)
  • General training (business manner, 5S)
  • Outside training (forklifts, boilers, specified chemicals, hazardous materials handlers, organic solvents, energy managers)
  • Technical inspections (polishing, etching, cleansing tests)

We emphasize performance and meritocracy to encourage young, motivated individuals!!

We are transitioning away from a seniority-based system (which encourages promotion and pay raises based on years of experience after joining a company) to a meritocracy system that fairly evaluates work performance and gives hope to young, talented individuals. It will become less rare to see those in 20s being appointed as chiefs and assistant managers, and those in 30s being appointed as managers and section chiefs. RS Technologies will continue to expand further and will naturally have more management positions and will require individuals to fill them. RS Technologies provides endless opportunities to motivated talents striving to fill upper positions.
